Owner/Teacher/Choreographer

April began dancing at at Mary Jo's Dance Performing Arts Academy at the age of 3.  Throughout her years at MJPAA, she attended numerous competitions and convention were she won multiple awards and scholarships. These honors include first overall All Around Dance Scholarship winner of Dance Masters of America, second runner up of Miss Dance (Florida Chapter), Power Pak, Senior Outstanding Dancer, two-time Teen Outstanding Dancer at New York City Dance Alliance, and many, many more.  April has performed in Superbowl XXXV, local productions of Bye Bye Birdie, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Wiz, and Grease, worked as stage crew in a 2004 Spring Concert at the University of South Florida, and got to tour to across the United States and Canada with Bubba The Love Sponge in his Bubbapoolooza shows. April was offered a position at MJPAA where she was lucky enough to get trained as a ballet instructor under Ballet Master, Richard Geiger. She also taught tap, jazz, lyrical, acrobatics, and hip-hop and grew to the position of Junior Company Assistant Director. After four years at MJPAA, April decided to leave and began teaching at Contempo School of Dance for more opportunity. She help grow Contempo over the next nine years leading their dancers to many First Overalls, Title Winners, and a current three- time National Championship Winners at Onstage America. After 13 years of teaching, April deciding to pursue her dream of opening a dance studio. She looks forward to continuing to inspire her students along side with her sister, Kathleen.

Kathleen was born in Tampa. She began dancing at the age of 3 at Mary Jo’s 

Performing Arts Academy and studied a variety of dance styles including Ballet, 

Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Pointe, Modern, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, and Voice. During her years of dance she was a part of their Competitive Dance Company, 

Acting/Musical Theatre Company and her Senior Year was in the 1st Ballet 

Company trained under Ballet Master Richard Geiger. She also was one of the lead roles in the Ballet Showcase 2005:06. Over those years she went on to win various Scholarships and Overalls at Top Conventions and Competitions. Awards included: Triple Threat Scholarship winner at NYCDA, Senior Outstanding dancer Finalists at NYCDA, Hall of Fame All-Star Award, Regional Convention Scholarship at NYCDA Nationals in New York, and many more.

After graduation she auditioned for Disney and was offered a position being a character. At the same time she was offered a position at a local dance studio in the Tampa Bay Area. She went on the teach in the Tampa Bay Area and Indianapolis. Later that year she began touring with Radio personality Bubba the love Sponge at Bubbapaloozas across the U.S. and Canada. They performed in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Atlantic City, Detroit, New Orleans, Calgary, and many more.Since then she has Received National Choreography awards and National Overall winning titles. She is now pursuing her dream by opening a studio with her sister to influence and inspire childrens’ lives.
